- To improve our App (we continually strive to improve our App offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you);

WHILE WE STRIVE TO SELECT THIRD PARTY PARTNERS WHO HAVE OR SHARE THE SAME STANDARDS AS BARANOVA, WITH RESPECT TO THOSE THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE SITES WE LINK TO, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING THE SAME, NOR WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR OTHER MATERIAL THAT MAY BE SOLD, LICENSED, DISTRIBUTED OR PROMOTED BY SUCH THIRD PARTIES OR ON SUCH SITES, OR FOR ANY CONTENT ON SUCH SITES. WE ENCOURAGE VISITORS OF THESE SITES TO REVIEW THE PRIVACY POLICIES POSTED ON THESE SITES.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide you services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Access to, or correction, update, or deletion of your personal information may be denied or limited by Baranova if it would violate another person’s rights and/or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

If we require additional time to provide access to your information, we will acknowledge receipt of your request within a reasonable timeframe and promptly supplement our response within the time period required by applicable law.
SALE OR TRANSFER OF ALL OR PART OF OUR BUSINESS OR ASSETS
Your personal information may be transferred in the event we sell or transfer all or a part of our business or assets. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with reasonable notice of such transfer, or as otherwise required by law.

Our App is not intended for children. Baranova does not knowingly collect any personal information or data from children and will dispose of any such information if we become aware that it has been provided to us. If you believe that your child has submitted personal information to us in connection with our App, please contact us at email@example.com or 2029 Lemoine Ave #201, Fort Lee, NJ 07024 so that we may take steps to delete this information.
If you are located outside of the U.S., you use this App at your own risk and initiative and you, not Baranova, are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and national laws. Please be aware that any personal information you provide to us or we obtain as a result of your use of this App will be collected in the U.S. and/or transferred to the U.S. and subject to U.S. law. Your personal information may also be stored by our third-party cloud service provider Digital Ocean in the following countries: U.S., Netherlands, Germany, UK, Canada, Singapore and India.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF DIGITAL OCEAN, WE CANNOT CONTROL WHICH COUNTRY THE APP WILL PING FROM. IT WILL MOST LIKELY BE BASED ON THE GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION OF THE USER.
